Cambodia is a beautiful country in South East Asia that has been the center of both internal and regional conflicts. It is estimated that there are still 4-6 million mines and other pieces of unexploded ordnance throughout the country. This is the legacy of three decades of war has resulted in Cambodia being one of the most landmine affected countries in the world.

These remnants of war have had a devastating impact on the country’s population and have resulted in over 25,000 amputees giving Cambodia the highest ratio per capita in the world.
